Some Forum Issues Resolved

After having our programmers look into it (and charge $100 an hour), the problems we had with the forums should be solved. Most people were not affected...

We had problems with the Newsroom not being able to post updates from Sideline News, Chris Rohn Program updates and from the various bargains sites we use in our Bargains & Coupons forum.
